Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Don't worry items are easily removed. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal, we do not even see your credit card number. See the section on Credit Card Security for more information.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Over 99% of orders are sent free of charge to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately there are some items, for example stone media such as Alfragrog, where this is simply impossible. Where this is the case the 'Heavy item surcharge' is clearly stated on the store pages and is added to the shopping cart.

All orders will require a signature when delivered. The courier will attempt to deliver your parcel on 2 occassions after which time it will need to be collected from the delivering depot. If you wish to arrange redelivery after this time then a £5 redelivery charge is payable.

For overseas orders no shipping is added at checkout. On receipt of your order we will contact you by e-mail to provide a quote for shipping to your country as cheaply as possible.

For orders from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden parcels weighing up to 25kg can be sent for just £25. See http://www.koikit.biz/shipping.htm for more details.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to ship most items from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Some items are sent to customers direct from our suppliers. Where possible we advise this in advance.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% is added to all orders.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card are processed on our behalf by PayPal (Europe) Limited. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. We do not receive your credit card number or any other details. PayPal (Europe) Limited is regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority.

If you prefer not to process your transaction entirely on-line you may contact us by phone, fax or snail mail to complete your order.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any purchase please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

All products are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty.

We realise that many of the products we sell are essential to the wellbeing of your koi. We endeavour to be as flexible as possible in any instances where under warranty products fail.

Privacy Policy KoiKit by Just Koi do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:

- returning the product to KoiKit, 38 Salix Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 6UH
- e-mailing us at sales@koikit.co.uk
- phoning us on 01375 390329 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

You will receive a full refund, minus the original carriage charge for sending it to you. You will be liable to pay return postage costs if we have despatched the goods prior to your cancellation being received.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

- you return your product without proof of purchase
- the seal has been broken on any software, video or DVD
- the goods were a special order to your specification.
