The 'maxair' aerator utilises 25mm diameter aeration hose specifically designed for the difusion of air in aquatic environments, not cheaper, inferior and potentially dangerous irrigation pipe. This type of aerator is used extensively on Koi farms in Japan, including the world renowned Momotaro Koi Farm.
